PARPO Submersible Shredder Pumps

DESCRIPTION

PARPO submersible sewage pumps with shredding action are designed to remove sewage from premises without clogging pipes.

Can handle sandy water with 4-5 mm grain diameter. However the grain has to be filtered at inlet to avoid wear.

APPLICATION

For removal of sewage from premises, small housing concentrations and buildings located at a distance and below the main sewer system.

Removal of sewage from basements.

Removal of sewage from hotels, motels, restaurants, holiday villages and seaside premises.

For petrol stations, garages and motorway service stations.

For drainage purposes.

Removal of fibrous waste from purifying plants.

For slaughter houses, paper plants, food processing plants, agricultural and similar fields.

FEATURES

• Externally cooled submersible electric motors in3 phase, 400/690 V (230/400 V on request), 50/60 Hz frequencies available, F class insulation and IP68 protection class.
• Consists of a stationary cutter ring made of high quality hardened steel with waved cutting edges mounted in front of impeller for optimum clog-free operation.
• Pumps supported by pre-lubricated ball bearings.
• High quality mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces operating in an oil bath.
• Thermal protection incorporated in the motor windings and water leakage probe in the oil chamber.
• Suitable for continuous operation with minimum submergence up to terminal box and maximum 10m deep^*1
• Pumps painted with red synthetic undercoat and coal tar epoxy over evokrom primer.
• Discharge flange for PARPO 50 drilled according to PN-6 and PARPO 40 is threaded.
• Pumps tested to ISO 2858 class C.
