Welcome to home page of Türbosan A.S., Turkey's leading centrifugal clean water and sewage pump manufacturer. Turbosan was founded in 1971, starting with the manufacture of irrigation & sprinkler pumps. Now, it has developed into the largest pump manufacturer in Turkey, designing and producing an extensive range of quality pumps to ISO 9001. The pumps are now also marketed in Europe, USA, Far East and Africa.

In 1979, Turbosan was taken over by SILKAR, a holding company in Turkey, owning Taral (a manufacturer of agricultural machinery), Silkar Tourism, Endas (distributor of FAG bearings), Itag Allibert (manufacturer of outdoor furniture) and Silkar Mining Co. (marble and granite manufacturer). Product development continued with sewage pumps (horizontal end-suction, vertical mono-block/column pipe/cardan shaft) entering production in 1979. This then led to water and oil-cooled sewage submersible pump production in 1980. Turbosan operates as an independent company within the group, expanding now as a major force in the pump industry worldwide.

Exports

Türbosan started enjoying a worldwide reputation as an exporter with its first export (sewage submersibles) being realized in 1990. Exports have since become a major activity in Turbosan and to facilitate this, Turbosan has established agencies in Belgium, Denmark, Egypt, Holland, Malaysia, Singapore, UK and USA, with exports to many other countries.
